As returning visitors to Casa Bellini I can not emphasize enough the tranquil beauty of the place. 
The fully equipped apartment we stayed in  has everything you would need for your stay. Upon arrival we were surprised with complimentary wine. We had yogurt and croissants for the next morning aswell.
When you come down the drive, the beauty of the place is undeniable. 
 

There is an amazing large salt water pool at the front of the property that has stunning views over the valley with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a lovely shaded area with hammocks and cooler buckets for your drinks. When sitting out at the pool i couldn’t help but notice how peacefull it was with just the sounds of crickets and the breeze. 
At the back of the property is a small vineyard, the host Peter enjoys making his own wines and even let us taste the wines he made. 
 

The hosts Yvonne and Peter made sure we were well taken care of and gave us great tips as to what the best places were to go for dinner, coffee and breakfast and plenty more. The places did not disappoint. 
 

The small town of Petritoli has plenty of hidden gems and the people are very welcoming. 
I would highly recommend staying here!

A wonderfully quiet place, beautiful apartment and a carefully landscaped garden with swimming pool and stunning views. Ideally located to discover the coast, mountains/nature and villages/towns. Peter and Yvonne can also give many tips on what to do or where to eat. We would love to come back to Casa Bellini and the Marche again!

We had a wonderful week in the Gaura apartment. The apartment has a beautiful view and is fully equipped. Very clean and nicely decorated. Nice quiet place! Nice terrace. We were warmly welcomed by Peter and Yvonne. They were available for tips and a chat, but certainly not pushy. Very pleasant

Just returned from a beautiful, relaxing week at Casa Bellini. You could spend hours (and we did!) just sitting at the pool, taking in the wonderful view across the valley to the mountains. Bees and butterflies buzzing in the background… bliss. Whenever we did actually manage to prise ourselves out of a comfortable sun-bed, we discovered the gorgeous landscape of Le Marche and from the Casa it’s an easy 30 minute drive to a variety of beaches. Picturesque villages, vineyards with wine tastings are all nearby. Petritoli itself has a number of good restaurants and cafés, only a few minutes’ drive away.
Yvonne and Peter, are lovely, friendly and discreet owners. Always happy to help with anything, and to provide tips and inside information on things to see and do in the area.
Our apartment (Gaura) was very comfortable, well equipped and tastefully designed and decorated. Loved reading in the mornings and having a glass of wine in the evenings on the large, private, vine-covered terrace.

Thank you for an ideal week. We score it 10/10. Hopefully we’ll be back! “

It was a great time, we have enjoyed the last few weeks in apartment Lavanda. It is located in a mountainous area about 30 minutes drive from the sea. The apartment is quite luxuriously furnished and therefore fully equipped. The owners are very friendly and are there for you if you need anything.

We were in apartment Gaura with our 2 daughters for a week. The house is tastefully decorated, clean and tidy, the private terrace with mood lighting cozy, the pool with a fantastic view! We enjoyed an Italian cover band at the local pub in Petritoli and took trips to the beach and towns. A top week!

The region is located between the Adriatic and its better-known neighbors Tuscany and Umbria. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a terrace with a panoramic view. It is new and furnished with style and attention to detail. The hosts are very friendly, helpful, and known the area very well.

We have just returned from a very enjoyable week in Casa Bellini. The apartment was perfect with the added bonus of the use of a BBQ for dining at home. Peter & Yvonne were always on hand to recommend local towns & restaurants to visit although with the pool & stunning views you might just be happy to relax at Casa Bellini!

We stayed in Casa Bellini for two weeks in September.  It is a beautiful property with astonishing and ever changing views. The apartments are lovely and very well kitted out. We were able to BBQ at home in addition to dining out in the many great restaurants within close proximity. Having both a pool and the beach nearby made for a most enjoyable holiday. We'll be back!

We stayed at Casa Bellini for 2 weeks last August and had a wonderful time there. The view is beautiful and the accommodation is well furnished. Beautiful authentic Italian villages can be found in the area and the beach is also within easy reach. Absolutely recommended

An oasis of peace, the house is located on a hill and the view is breathtaking! Lovely to lie by the pool and enjoy the view that you just can't get enough of. There were six of us and we immediately felt at home. In particular because of the hospitality of Yvonne and Peter, but also because of the beautiful decor of the clean apartments. We will definitely come back here again!

Our stay at Casa Bellini was nothing short of amazing. Peter and Yvonne were fantastic hosts; responsive and accommodating in all aspects. The property has all the amenities/facilities you need whilst in a beautiful location with gorgeous views of the rolling hills of Petritoli!. Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was truly incredible.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Bellini immensely. A beautiful holiday home in a special location with a beautiful views. The owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything was taken care of and the apartment is well equipped. The house is nicely and tastefully styled, with a spacious terrace. A nice place to relax, to enjoy nature and the beautiful surroundings. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and if we go to Le Marche again we would love to come back!

We stayed here for a week in July 2022 and were impressed by the fantastically furnished apartment and beautiful views. An oasis of tranquility. The nice swimming pool, the space around the house and the hospitable hosts completed the whole experience. We had a fantastic week here.

Casa Bellini is a lovely place in the beautiful hills of the Marche. My daughter and I enjoyed the peace and quiet, the very comfortable and spacious apartment, the beautiful, refreshing swimming pool, the spacious garden in the middle of nature with plenty of space for privacy and of course the most fantastic view of the hills and the countryside for two weeks with the Sibilini Mountains in the distance. Of course we also enjoyed the hospitality of Yvonne and Peter.  They were always available for questions and tips, which made us feel right at home.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Casa Bellini in apartment Lavanda. What a beautiful location and stunning view. We saw the many sunflower fields becoming yellower every day. Due to the lovely weather, the flowers bloomed quickly.The apartment met our expectations: everything was there, well equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms and during the hot days, it remained very pleasant in the apartment. The beds were fine and that is very important to us as we are quite tall people.The pool was lovely, lots of time spent in and around it.We thought the Le Marche region was beautiful, a beautiful landscape with friendly people. Fortunately not touristy, it was fun between the Italians. From Yvonne and Peter we got tips about the area and things worth knowing. They were very friendly and helpful.

This secluded gem is tranquil and surrounded by mountains. Yvonne and Peter are wonderful hosts naturally social and 'people persons', they make an effort to make your stay unforgettable. The pool is kept in immaculate condition, and there are plenty of social spaces to entertain. The rooms are spacious and everything is kept in mint condition. This casa is ideal for couple, groups of friends, or large families. We will return next year.

A truly wonderful break in a magical part of the world. Casa Bellini is a delight - spacious, elegant and with beautiful uninterrupted views. The outside spaces and pool area are both fantastic. Yvonne and Peter were great hosts and we would thoroughly recommend a visit to our friends and family. Thanks very much for the complimentary wine.

Beautifully situated house on a hill with beautiful pool and views. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you've come to the right place. You can enjoy very beautiful surroundings, you are at the beach within half an hour, but don't forget to visit the Sibilini Mountains!

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful place. Nice house with good facilities, the access road was steep and can be a challenge. Large grounds with plenty of privacy, beautiful pool and fantastic views of the countryside and mountains. Owners very friendly, discreet, helpful and service oriented. The Marche is not yet so flattened by tourists, in which many nice towns and trips can be made. In our opinion a must.

We have been very hospitably received by Yvonne and Peter and have always felt very comfortable during our stay. Yvonne and Peter are always easily accessible and have plenty of great tips about activities and sights in the area. The house was great, with a fresh decor and equipped with all modern facilities (including good wifi). Despite the absence of air conditioning, it is nice and cool in the house. Furthermore, we and our 2 daughters, aged 9 and 7, really enjoyed the (private) terrace with shade + bbq, the lovely swimming pool and of course the beautiful view of the hills and mountains. The house is relatively close to nice coastal towns with a sandy beach (half an hour's drive) and picturesque places such as Fermo, Sirolo and Ascoli Piceno. In short, a top combination of tranquility and beach entertainment. We would love to come back again!

We spent a most enjoyable weekend in Casa Bellini while visiting Le Marche in September.  The accommodation is set in a peaceful rural location with stunning views. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The garden is secluded, I loved the hammock and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace each morning. It’s just twenty minutes drive to beautiful beaches and a short drive to the lovely town of Petritoli.  The accommodation has been designed in a traditional style and is very bright and clean. It is an ideal location for touring the Marche region of Italy.
